Tyler was raised by his father from the age of five to 15, when his father died of cancer. He then moved in with his grandmother, and took on adult responsibilities. Tyler recently was reacquainted with his mother for the first time in 15 years, and met his nine-year-old half brother. He joined the military fresh out of high school but was unable to make it through basic training. He now lives with roommates Marco Russo and Adrian Lopez. Just starting out on his own has been difficult on Tyler and he hasn't been able to hold down a steady job but he plans on finding the perfect gig real soon.
